On this Blog you may follow the activities, thoughts, and reflections of Berkey Avenue Mennonite Fellowship’s youth group during their stay at Mennonite Convention ‘09. On June 26th, most of our group will leave/left Goshen, IN for Columbus, OH. Four days of biking will find us in Dublin, OH where we’ll meet the rest of our group at the Embassy Suites. Below you’ll find more information as to who we are.
Who are the Mennonites?
Mennonites are a Christian faith group that began in the 16th century and currently number over one million members world-wide. Mennonite beliefs and practices vary widely, but central to their theological identity is peace-making, discipleship, and the church community. Berkey Avenue Mennonite Fellowship is a Mennonite congregation on the west side of Goshen, Indiana. This blog is the product of the our MYF (Mennonite Youth Fellowship).
